Today i Have a High speed handler config to share with for 3G and 2G with working download

  

First create a setting

APN: airtelgprs.com
proxy IP: 141.0.11.253
Port: 80


Then open your handler settings

Set the proxy type as HTTP
proxy sever : v.airtellive.com:80

leave all the other fields empty......
